By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods/products you have ordered. It is your responsibility as the consumer to inform CadeandTodd of any changes to your personal details as soon as possible. This does not effect your statuary rights as a consumer.

2. COSTS

All transactions will be made using PAYPAL which accepts all credit card and debit card payments. The payments can be made through our website by phone/mail order or by a combination of both. If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt, where within the EU, and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

3. SHIPPING

We charge postage on orders to all of our UK and International customers; we do not make a profit on any delivery costs.

UK customers, we charge a standard delivery cost of £2.00 per item for most items bought on our website. Some items may have more than a £2.00 delivery charge as they are heavier etc. the total shipping cost will be calculated with the total order amount before you go through to checkout.

International customers, we charge a standard international post and packaging cost of £9.00 per small orders (up to two items), for larger orders (over two items) the shipping cost will have to be recalculated and extra shipping cost will be invoiced and billed to the customer. The standard shipping cost of £2.00 will be added to your order at the time of check out, and the remainder money for international delivery prices will be calculated once we receive your order and delivery address, and you will be invoiced. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received the extra postage costs.
