Cadeandtodd t-shirts and apparel are designed by cadeandtodd unless otherwise stated, we sometimes invite guest designers to do a design for us, this will be stated in the description of the individual product, and you will find a link to this artists page on our links site.
Both our menâs and womenâs t-shirts come in sizes: small, medium and large only.
Our t-shirts do not have a habit of shrinking. however please follow the washing instructions, wash on a cool wash only and hang to dry.
If ironing then please turn in-side out and iron on the reverse so as to not damage the printed design.
Please note that our t-shirts are generally 100% cotton, and with all cotton garments you should always allow for a small percentage of shrinkage.
All cadeandtodd t-shirts and apparel are printed in our print studio in Liverpool UK by cadeandtodd. The cotton and materials are sourced from an Eco friendly stockists that does not use sweatshops!

If a popular design goes out of stock then we will be aiming to re-print that design is around 2-3 weeks, please email us with specific enquiries and we can let you know when it will be available again.
If you have a query regarding an item/size/colour which isnât available on our website, please email us at info@cadeandtodd.co.uk letting us know the name and description of the product you are enquiring about. We aim to answer you as quickly as possible.⨠As we screen-print all of our items by hand, some may be limited edition and will not be available again after it has sold out so it is best you to get your order in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Yes we have a cadeandtodd lookbook, featuring all recently printed and available designs, we usually send this out to stockits and people who request one, if you would like one please email us at INFO@CADEANDTODD.CO.UKwith this request.
No, we do not have a cadeandtodd shop, we sell our beautiful things on-line and in stockists around the UK. For a list of stockists and where you can check out the collection in person, then please note the stockists link at the bottom of the homepage.
Placing an order online could not be easier. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size or colour required and click on the âbuyâ symbol or shopping cart symbol. These items will then be forwarded to your shopping cart. You can click on âview cartâ at any time to update the contents of your shopping cart and to see what you have added.
When you are done browsing the site then simply click âcheckoutâ to begin the checkout process. You will be directed to our paypal payment process and can then log in to paypal and make payment through your paypal account. If you do not have paypal then you can easily sign up and use their services right away. Paypal is free for standard customers.

As we are based in the UK, all our prices are in pounds sterling. if you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order, and paypal should automatically calculate your currency.
All transactions will be made using paypal, a trusted, fast, simple and secure payment company. Paypal accepts all credit cards and debit card payments. We will email you to confirm dispatch. All your details are safe and secure, and we never share details with any third party.
We charge postage on orders to all of our UK and International customers; we do not make a profit on any delivery costs.
UK customers, we charge a standard delivery cost of ÂŁ2.50 for however many items on one order made through our website. The total shipping cost will be calculated with the total order amount before you go through to checkout.
International Customers, we charge a standard international post and packaging cost of ÂŁ9.00 for up to two items only, for larger orders (over two items) the shipping cost will have to be recalculated and any extra shipping costs will be billed to the customer, and further postage costs will be required via paypal. The total shipping cost will be calculated with the total order amount before you go through to checkout.
We deliver to most major worldwide countries.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 10am the same day, however if this is not possible and your order is placed at a later time of day, we aim to send things out as quickly as possible, once your order is in the hands of the Royal Mail, it is hard for us to let you know when it will arrive as it depends on their schedule. in most cases it takes about 3 days. For international orders please allow 5-10 days after dispatch for delivery.
The royal mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have 7 days from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
Unfortunately we cannot, as all orders require a signature upon receipt at the specified delivery address.
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect orders from our studio.
Ordering over the internet with cadeandtodd using Paypal is the safest and most secure method of paying, as we are not able to take payment over the phone. However if your would prefer to see the product in person, then please see our stockist list and see if there are any available near you.
If we havenât yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please e-mail or contact us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require we will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it wonât be possible to amend it. Please note orders received after 10 a.m. are packed the following day.
Under the united kingdomâs distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Please note some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These items are clearly indicated in the product descriptions on the website.
Please log into your account and if the order status is still âprocessingâ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. Sometimes products sell out quickly, due to their popularity and small print runs, we quite often have just a few print runs of some items. However we may still have one or two left, it is always worth contacting us to find out. Please email us for this information at info@cadeandtodd.co.uk.
Please ensure you have signed up with Paypal using all your correct bank details and delivery addresses. If you are sure your details are correct but you are still having troubles, or you cannot use Paypal then please e-mail us and we will look straight into this for you, we may be able to receive payment by cheque.
Occasionally, order confirmation emails can be mistaken as spam and blocked by email service providers. Alternatively, This may be because when you registered with us you used a different or mis-spelt email address. Another reason for this could be because the payment was not completed properly in the last stages of checking out.
When you reach our final checkout page and your order is submitted through Paypal, we will be contacted by Paypal to let us know your payment has reached us. You will usually be charged by Paypal promptly but it can sometimes take up too three working days to show on your account.
If for any reason we have a query with your order, we will get in touch as soon as possible to explain the problem.
If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to you promptly.
To arrange a return or exchange please email us at info@cadeandtodd.co.uk with your full name, and order number letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges sent to us without a note cannot be processed.
If the product cadeandtodd has sent you does not fit or is not suitable we can exchange the item for another size/style. the item will need to be returned first to ensure the garment has not been altered in any way within 30 days with a receipt and then the correct size/style can then be sent out as soon as possible using our usual delivery routine.
